All Lanes of 23rd Street East of Noland Road Closed Due to Water Main Break

July 5, 2012

 A water main break has closed the east and westbound lanes of 23rd Street (Route 78) between Hocker Street and Leslie Street, east of Noland Road in Independence. The lanes are expected to remain closed through Monday morning, July 9.

Truck traffic is being diverted north on Lee’s Summit Road, west on Truman Road and south on Noland Road.
