Keith Stidham of Lee’s Summit Downtown Rotary Club announced they have approval for a Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned barbeque contest scheduled for June 3 & 4, 2011 in conjunction with Downtown Days. Chairman Lane Constant is meeting with KCBS rep, Mark Simmons, who lives in Lee’s Summit to start planning the organizational chart for the event.Lee’s Summit Downtown Rotary would like for you to name the competition:
