Chicken Fried Steak Dinner And Bake Sale To Raise Funds For Hospitality Room

The 5th District VFW will be hosting a chicken fried
steak dinner and bake sale on Friday, February 22nd,
to raise money for our Hospitality Room at the June State Convention. What is this?
The VFW and Ladies Auxiliary has many levels. There is the post or local level, the district level, the state level, and the national level.
The Ladies Auxiliary participates in a year end convention to receive awards, and enjoy the friends they have made.
They are raising money for their Hospitality Room where they will serve lunch and dinner every day. Please come support them and enjoy great conversation with a fabulous meal.
The meal will consist of chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, and a roll. The cost is $7.50
This event will be held at VFW Post 5789, at 329 SE Douglas from 5-8 p.m.
