Blues and Jazz Fest THIS FRIDAY, August 5!

Pack up your lawn chairs, blankets, kids and friends and hang out in downtown Lee's Summit for a night of Kansas City’s classic sound! It's time for the last summer concert, the Blues & Jazz Fest presented by Lee's Summit Parks & Recreation.  The FREE concert will be held Friday, August 5 and will feature four bands including Christie Meinhardt & the Everette DeVan Quartet, Knock Kneed Sally, Doghouse Daddies , and Max Groove. The fun begins at 7pm and lasts until 10:30pm. There is no cost to enjoy this fabulous night of entertainment and concessions will be available for purchase. The concert is held on Green Street in Downtown Lee’s Summit on the City Hall Plaza. For more information call Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation at 816.969.1500
