FCB BANK ANNOUNCES NEWRESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE MANAGER
First Community Bank has announced the addition of Ed Powell to lead its mortgage development efforts.
As Residential Real Estate Manager, Powell will oversee the management and sales direction of the bank’s expanded Residential Real Estate Lending Department. He has 25 years of experience in the mortgage business and has worked in both metropolitan and rural areas of Missouri and Kansas. Although Powell’s experience comes from all phases of the mortgage industry, he most enjoys residential first mortgage loans of all types including jumbo, conventional, FHA, and VA.
Throughout the years, Powell has served in a variety of leadership positions for both local and national companies. Currently, he is serving on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association of KC, Kansas Association of Mortgage Professionals, and the Legacy for Parks Foundation.
Powell, an Osceola, MO native, and his wife of 30 years, Rhonda, are residents of Lee’s Summit, MO. In his spare time, Powell enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his two grown children, Ashley and Raylene.
