Lee's Summit GOT Art 4 Kids Featuring Local Artists
Reception with Artists, August 15, 6-8 PM

GOT Art 4 Kids will feature children’s book illustrator Laura Huliska-Beith and Randal Spangler’s fantastic art realm of visual storytelling.  Along with professional artists, on display will be the works of the GOT Art Kids from the summer Art classes and camp.

The reception on August 15 is geared for children.  Meet the artists, see the emerging talent of Lee’s Summit.

Laura Hulisk-Beith has written and illustrated the book “The Book of Bad Ideas” and has illustrated “The Recess Queen”,  “The Worst Best Friend”, and other children’s books.  http://www.laurahuliskabeith.com/

Randal Spangler’s collection of whimsical, colorful artwork is magical indeed.  With each piece, and with each paint stroke, a story is told, a memory remembered and an adventure is yet to be encountered. http://www.randalspangler.com/
