Local Insurance Agents Recognized

Terri Diehl and James Koppang, American Family Insurance agents in Lee’s Summit, MO, have been recognized for providing outstanding customer experience under the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Insurance Agency Program.SM They join other American Family agents who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to outstanding customer service.
Terri Diehl has been an agent for American Family since April, 1994. Her office is located at 500 SW Market Street, Suite B, Lee’s Summit, Mo. 64063.
Diehl has qualified for this award for seven consecutive years.
James Koppang has been an agent for American Family since June 2007. His office is located at 700 SE 3rd Street.
