Quick And Easy Recycling After The Holiday Season

From November 17, 2012 through January 13, 2013, recycle your old, broken or unwanted holiday light strands at the City’s North Recycling Center (1951 NE Douglas Street).
Receptacles will be located near the Attendant Station during operational hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
The Lee’s Summit Resource Recovery Park (2101 SE Hamblen Road) accepts Christmas
Trees for $1.00 each. Hours of operation: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Monday - Saturday.
