Lee’s Summit resident brings personal business experience to banking

Cory Matt recently joined Enterprise Bank & Trust as assistant vice president of business banking at its location in Independence, Mo.  Matt’s duties include account management for small-to medium-sized business banking clients, community relations and new client acquisition.

Matt brings diversity to the Enterprise Bank & Trust team with his background in business ownership and management. The former Lee’s Summit, business owner and current resident has the knowledge and experience of running a business operation that makes him an ideal representative to service Enterprise Bank & Trust’s business clients.

“It has been a great experience beginning my work at the bank, and I particularly enjoy that I am able to work in the city in which I grew up,” Matt said. “With my background and interest in business, it’s rewarding to work closely with businessmen and women in my community to help them grow and move their enterprises forward.”

Along with his new role, Matt is also active in the Eastern Jackson Networking Group.  The meetings are held at the Enterprise Bank & Trust branch in Independence, Mo., every Wednesday from 9 a.m.-10 a.m.

The Eastern Jackson Networking Group is open to all community members interested in strengthening their business connections.

Enterprise Financial operates commercial banking and wealth management businesses in metropolitan St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix.  Enterprise is primarily focused on serving the needs of privately held businesses, their owner families, executives and professionals.
