Crews Treating Slick Spots on Primary and Secondary Streets

January 9, 2014

The City of Lee’s Summit’s snow removal crews are treating slick spots on primary and secondary streets throughout the community as well as continuing to plow slush on roads.

More freezing drizzle is expected in the metropolitan area on Friday morning, Jan. 10. Snow removal crews will report to work at 3 a.m. to treat slick spots on primary and secondary roadways.

The City will continue to monitor the winter weather storm and road conditions to make necessary adjustments to snow operations.
