CREATIONS Unique Arts Experience Boutique Opens in Downtown Lee's Summit

Creations is a unique concept store in downtown Lee’s Summit focused on educating its patrons in Art, Music, and Quilting/Fabric Art. Lessons are offered on a regular basis featured are workshops on Drawing and Painting Flowers, Making a Terrarium, Folk Art Creations and How to Write and Publish a Book.
Another workshop will be focused on teaching how to create murals as a career choice, providing an income source while the student builds a portfolio. The class will be taught by master art teacher, Sharon Jeffus. She has also written two Advanced Placement art classes for high school students. Jeffus has given art workshops at Wonders of Wildlife Museum, Precious Moments, Azusa Pacific College, MSTA and a variety of Homeschool conventions across the country. She is also the author of a popular series of books on teaching art.
“ I want to form a group of creative students “His Lions” who are the best of the best in art, who will go out in the community and do positive things with their creative skills,” commented Jeffus.
“My goal is to take a group of art students to Australia,” she continued. Additional instructors are Deana Haines, very popular and accomplished music teacher who will be teaching music and music theory and Jacque McLucas who will be teaching fabric art and quilting.
