November 9th and 10th Downtown Lee’s Summit became a production stage for a Missouri Lottery television commercial. Police chases, cars jumping railroad tracks , all part of the days work.
During the chase scene, a stuntman tore off down the street with ‘fake’ police cars in hot pursuit. While the police cars may not have been real, the police officers driving them were Lee’s Summits finest. ..all in a day’s work.

Great exposure for Lee's Summit! Last year at this time, the feature film Three Blind Saints was being filmed downtown as well!
