State of Missouri Endangered Person Advisory
The Independence Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at Independence at 12:30 pm on 11/24/2010.
Rose A. Martinez, is a hispanic , female, age 82, hgt 5'2", 140 lbs,
grey hair, brown eyes, tan complexion, wearing unknown clothing . Driving an Ivory 2004 Chevrolet Impala bearing MO Lic AR65J last seen in Northern Kansas City
Ms. Martinez left her residence in Independence at 12:30 pm Nov. 24, en route to the area of I-435 and Truman Rd, where she has never arrived. Ms. Martinez suffers from dementia and may be in a confused state of mind.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Independence Police Department at 816-325-7330.
