Grain Valley City Hall CLOSED Tuesday, 2.1.2011

January 31, 2011

A Blizzard Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service out of Pleasant Hill, Missouri.  For the safety of City employees, Grain Valley City Hall, Police Department, and the Community Center will be closed tomorrow, February 1, 2011.  Department Heads will identify the essential staff that will be needed during this emergency.

Please be watching local news channels for updates tomorrow regarding the status of City facilities being open on Wednesday, February 2, 2011.

The Grain Valley Community Center has been identified as a possible Emergency Shelter, if necessary.
