May 3, 2014

Take time to relax and rejuvenate on Motherís Day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. May 10 with a restorative yoga workshop complete with massage and essential oils offered by Holy Yoga.

Itís Christian, its yoga. Itís Holy Yoga, which uses scripture and contemporary Christian music as participants move and breathe. During class, Holy Yoga offers a quiet meditative time to pray or simply "be".

The $20 Motherís Day special workshop will be held at Chipman Commons, 241 NE Chipman Road, Suite 208. Space is limited. To register, contact Kate Ranstrom at 617-750-5913 or kater@holyyoga.net.

Holy Yoga conducts regular weekly classes from 7 to 8 p.m. on Mondays throughout the end of May. Classes resume in September.
