Jackson County Government Offices Open on President’s Day

Jackson County would like to remind residents that county government offices in downtown Kansas City and Independence will be open on President’s Day, February 20.
Both courthouses will maintain their normal operating hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
It should be noted that although both courthouses will be open, the 16th Judicial Circuit Court will be closed for the President’s Day holiday. The courts will re-open for business on Tuesday, February 21.
