Jury finds 2nd defendant guilty in the Bledsoe murder case

Andre M. Broadus, 30, was found guilty today of Murder 2nd degree today in the killing of David Bledsoe inside his rental business on Prospect Avenue last year, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
A Jackson County jury also found Broadus guilty of Robbery 1st Degree and two counts of Armed Criminal Action. He will be sentenced on Nov. 21, at 9:30 a.m.
A co-defendant, Anthony C. Britton, has already been found guilty of Murder 2nd Degree, Robbery 1st Degree and two counts of armed criminal action. He is set to be sentenced on Oct. 12 at 9:30 a.m.
