City Pays Developer $175,000 On Suit

On October 24th Circuit Superior Court Judge Kanatzar dismissed with prejudice a suit filed by the owners of Village by the Lake located in Lake Lotawana.  VBTL is located off Lake Lotawana Road just south of Colbern Road.
