Lee's Summit Efforts For Joplin, MO Relief

GracePointe Community Church is joining efforts with Summit Christian Academy (SCA) to provide tornado relief to the residents of Joplin, MO.
Teams will leave Lee’s Summit early Wednesday morning. Some SCA students will be joining GracePointe Pastor Fel Bagunu and SCA Athletic Director Jake Kates. They are hoping to collect several tractor trailer loads of supplies on Monday and Tuesday to bless those impacted by the tornado.
Donations are currently being accepted at Summit Christian Academy, 1500 SW Jefferson, Lee’s Summit, MO, 64081, through Tuesday and also at 616 NW Edgewood Ct., Lee’s Summit, MO 64081.
Immediate needs include: water (individual bottles and large containers), gas cans to help start generators, extension cords, first aid kits, clothing, non-perishable canned goods, toiletries, and baby items (diapers, wipes, and formula (including formula for babies with sensitive stomachs).
