Lee's Summit Police Department Advisory: Take Care of Pets in the Cold
February 27, 2013
Due to the snow and extreme cold temperatures expected over the next few days, pet owners are reminded to bring their pets indoors whenever possible.
Pets that must stay outside need to have fresh food and water and a shelter where they can escape the cold and snowy conditions.
If you observe pets outdoors without shelter for extended periods of time, please call Animal Control at 816-969-1640.
