Molly Nail of Chinnery Evans & Nail, PC, Lee's Summit, has been named as a "2009 Missouri and Kansas Rising Star" by Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.  Super Lawyers is published as a special supplement in leading newspapers and city and regional magazines across the country. Super Lawyers magazine, featuring articles about attorneys named to the Super Lawyers list, is distributed to all attorneys in the state or region, the lead corporate counsel of Russell 3000 companies and the ABA-approved law school libraries."  In 1998, the publishers of Law & Politics and Super Lawyers launched "Rising Stars" to recognize the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state -- those who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.  No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the list.

Molly also received the award in 2008.  She graduated from Lee’s Summit High School in 1991, received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1995 and her J.D. from the University of Missouri – School of Law in 1999. Molly is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Greater Kansas City Estate Planning Society. Molly is also a member of the Rotary Club of Lee’s Summit serving as Past President, is a Board Member of TMC Lakewood Charitable Foundation and the Lee’s Summit Legacy for Parks Foundation Board.
