NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS TO BE HELD ON JULY 17, 2012
July 10, 2012
Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of shareholders of Summit Bank of
Kansas City (the “Bank”) will be held at the Bank’s main office located at 1650 NE
Grand, Suite 100, Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64086, Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 11:30 a.m.
for the purpose of considering and voting upon the following:
1. Election of directors as detailed in the accompanying proxy statement.
2. Amendment to the articles of agreement to decrease in the number of
directors of the Bank to eleven (11).
3. Other Business: To transact such other business as may properly be
brought before the meeting on any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
Only those shareholders of record at the close of business on June 19, 2012 shall
be entitled to notice of and to attend and vote at the meeting.
We urge you to sign and return the enclosed proxy as promptly as possible,
whether or not you plan to attend the meeting in person. We would appreciate receiving
your proxy by July 16, 2012.
