Lee’s Summit High School Class Of 1965’s 50th Reunion

Lee’s Summit High School’s class of 1965 celebrated their 50th reunion the weekend of April 17-19, 2015. The weekend began with a gathering at the Do Drop Inn hosted by owner and classmate Sue Pfeiffer. 

On Saturday morning, the group gathered for rolls and coffee and a tour of the newly opened History Museum in downtown Lee’s Summit. This was followed by a balloon release on the museum steps to honor their 44 deceased class members.

The Lee's Summit West archery team took second place at the Missouri NASP (National Archery in the Schools Program) State Championships March 27-28 with a team record score of 3,347 out of 3,600.
