SCA Brings the Globe to Lee’s Summit

February 22, 2014

Tickets are still available for the 2nd Annual Summit Christian Academy (SCA) International Festival. The International Festival will be held from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18 at the SCA Elementary School (1450 SW Jefferson in Lee’s Summit). Nearly 500 were in attendance last year.

"We are so excited to give Lee’s Summit and the community the opportunity to experience food, music, games, art and mission from around the globe," shared SCA International Director Kathy Tharp. "With the Olympics bringing the world into the living and family rooms of families, they can step out and get a taste and feel for some of those countries, without even leaving Lee’s Summit."

The event is suitable for children of all ages and families are encouraged to attend.

Prices for tickets purchased in advance are adult-$10, student-$5, family-$30 or at the door, are adult $12, student $6, and family $36.
