VFW Post 5789 Annual Memorial Day Service

VFW Post 5789 will conduct their annual Memorial Day service at the World War II memorial in the Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery on Monday, May 26th at 8:00 a.m. 

This mark of respect for all departed veterans has been a tradition of the VFW for many years in Lee's Summit. The VFW Post is also the sponsor of the Avenue of Flags at the cemetery on Memorial Day weekend. 

The public is invited to attend the memorial service.
