Woman Jumps From Moving Vehicle on I-470 Last Night

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Reports, Carla M Cruz, 38 F, was killed last night after jumping from a moving 2007 Chrysler vehicle driven by Nicholas Cruz, 43 M, both from Kansas City, MO.
The fatally happened as Nicolas Cruz was traveling southbound in the left lane of I-470 at the 15 mile marker when the passenger, Carla Cruz jumped from the moving vehicle at 9:30 p.m. She was pronounced on the scene by the Jackson County Medical Examiner. Next of kin has been notified. Southbound I-470 was closed from US 40 Hwy. and re-opened at 11:34 p.m.
