Your Feedback Is Needed For The Lee's Summit CARES 2014 Safety Survey

 January 28, 2014

Lee's Summit CARES needs the input of local youth and adults who live within Lee’s Summit or within the Lee's Summit School District to complete this year's Safety Survey.  The survey closes January 31, 2014.  Those who complete the survey, including the optional questions, will have a chance to win a gift certificate from Lee’s Summit retailers.

The information from this survey, conducted every three years, is used to determine parenting classes, anti-bullying classes and prevention programs in our community.  In 2009, the information gained from this survey was used to help finance a drug dog named Griff for the Lee's Summit community.

All replies are anonymous. The survey should take between five - ten minutes to complete. There is a separate version for youth (grades 6 - 12) and adults. Please click on the link below to access the appropriate survey.  The greater the participation, the better our knowledge of the needs in our community.
