2014 AUU Gymnastics Nationals

2014 AUU Gymnastics Nationals

Eight gymnasts from Dave’s Gymnastics Factory’s competitive gymnastics team recently competed at the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Nationals.  The meet was held at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports in Florida. 

The gymnasts are: Madelyn Kurtenbach, Grace Naumann, Ashley Reed, Jenna Stindt, Jessie Stindt, Olivia Trask, Annica Valmassei and Lilly Westphal. 

The gymnasts had a great meet, with several personal bests and lots of medals.  Lilly Westphal was the AAU Level 6 Senior A National Champion, with a first place finish on beam. 

Ashely Reed placed second all around in the Junior B division.  Jessie Stindt placed third all around in the Senior A division, with a first place finish on vault.
