Chelsey Phoebus crosses the finish line at Sectionals
Chelsey Phoebus four time state champion cross country runner from the Lee's Summit West Titans will be wearing the orange of Oklahoma State next year as she runs for the Cowgirls. She has announced she is accepting an athletic scholarship from Oklahoma State University.
Phoebus is a 10 time all-state track/cross country runner at LSWHS and helped the Lady Titans to four straight Missouri State cross country titles and one Missouri State track title.
