Lee's Summit West Volleyball Team District 14 Champs

Lee's Summit West Volleyball team defeated Blue Springs Tuesday night in two games to win the District 14 Championship. The scores of the two games were 25-16 and 25-22.
Katie Douglas had 7 kills. Megan McGehee had 6 kills and 6 blocks. Haylee Gregory had 6 kills and 4 blocks. Kaitlyn Drawe had 13 assists and 2 kills. Kylie Rice had 10 assists and 3 kills. Alex Katzfey had 6 aces and 10 digs.
On Saturday October 30 at 4:30, they will play the winner of the District 15 game between Park Hill and Winnetonka. That game is being played on Thursday Oct. 28. The location of the Sectional game is to be determined.
