Brandon Fisher

December 20, 2013

Michael Brandon Fisher

Michael Brandon Fisher, 24, of Blue Springs, MO passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 12, 2013 doing what he loved. He was born July 3, 1989 in Blue Springs to Mike and Robin (Seddon) Fisher. Brandon was a 2008 graduate of Blue Springs South High School and earned an AA in Diesel Mechanics from Lincoln Technologies in Indianapolis, IN. He was employed as a foreman for his family’s business, Fisher Construction in Blue Springs.

Brandon had a wonderful zest for life. He loved spending time with family, his fiance and friends and enjoyed making people laugh. He had a passion for his work and was very creative when it came to fixing things and tinkering around the shop. Brandon had no fears in life and enjoyed fast trucks, cars, boats and anything else that’s fast.

Survivors include his parents, Mike and Robin Fisher of Blue Springs; his sister, Rachelle Fisher of Blue Springs; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Seddon of Raytown, MO; the love of his life, Samantha "Sam" Stone, of Blue Springs; and several extended family members, close friends and his beloved dog, Zeus. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, LD and Estella Fisher and his maternal grandfather, Robert Seddon.

A funeral service celebrating Brandon’s life was held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at the First Christian Church of Blue Springs, 701 NW 15th St., with Rev. Cliff Caton officiating. The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family for a scholarship fund to be set up in his memory and may be left in care of the Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main St. Blue Springs, MO 64105.

Memories of Brandon and condolences may be left online at www.meyersfuneralchapel.com
