Kelly Beth Hill (October 6, 1976 - September 2, 2010)
Kelly Beth Hill, 33, of Lee’s Summit, MO, formerly of California MO, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at her home. She was born on October 6, 1976 in Jefferson City, MO the daughter of James Hill and Kathy (Etter) Tiberghien. Kelly was a 1995 graduate of California High School, and a member of Lebanon Baptist Church in McGirk.
She worked in food service, managing several different eating establishments, including Perkin’s and Waldo Pizza in Lee’s Summit, MO.
She was a daughter of the Chickasaw Nation, a member of AKKA Karate USA, and enjoyed traveling, skydiving and charity work. She also provided foster care for the Humane Society of Lee’s Summit.
She is survived by her parents, James (Beth) Hill of Jefferson City, MO, and Kathy (Randy) Tiberghien of California, MO; maternal grandmother Jane Tiberghien of California, MO; paternal grandmother Gladys Helton of Meta, MO; 3 brothers, Michael Hill of Jefferson City, Lucas (Amanda) Tiberghien and Lee (Kaylee) Tiberghien, all of California, MO; 3 sisters, Angela (Bryan) Dickneite of Argyle, MO, Nicole Buckley and Terra Nita Hill, both of Jefferson City, MO; and nieces and nephews Saida Rae, Layne, Abby, Deidra, Justin, Tiffani, Caleb, Dakota, and Samantha. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents James and Marjorie Etter and Bob Tiberghien; and paternal grandparents Edward and Betty Hill, and V.C. Helton.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 6, 2010 at 12:00 noon at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, MO. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Thomas, assisted by Rev. Scott Spurling. Visitation will also be on Monday, September 6, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was so upbeat, it was contagious. Many a time Kelly would lift the fog of the blase' in, otherwise tedious, social situations. One would be forced to leave her presence to remain ensconced in malaise. Certainly, she was an example
of one in love with this life, nature, and the people in it.
