Laura Jean (Crust) Findley

Sept. 28, 2011

Laura Jean ( Crust ) Findley, 85 of Mansfield, MO, formerly of Lake Lotawana, passed away on September 24, 2011. Funeral service will be held at 2 p. m. Friday, September 30, 2011 at Maple Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to service from 1-2 p.m.

Laura was active in several associations: VFW, UMW, DAR, NARFE, DAV & DAVA, Sub Vets, 81st Wildcats Assn, NFRW, Eastern Star, NAP, American Legion, Military Order of The Cootie, Red Hat Society, La Societe De Femms, Mansfield Seniors, Abou Ben Adhem Shrine and ABWA.

Laura is preceded in death by her daughter, Inez Marie Franco of Kansas City, KS; brother Harold Rollet of California; sisters, Alberta Thayer of Salina, KS and Faye Larsen of Lincoln, KS. She is survived by her sons, Laurence M. Jarvis of Leawood, KS, Mark C. Jarvis of Overland Park, KS; daughter Peggy Rudder of Lake Lotawana, MO; sisters, Joye Gillispie of Alabama, Neva Fairrington of California; 8 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. Laura will be missed.
