LINDA “LINNIE” WARREN (QUALLS)

LINDA “LINNIE” WARREN (QUALLS)

January 10, 2014

Linda Warren left this earth to take her place with Jesus on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born in Kansas City, MO on August 17, 1947 to Robert and Delores (Leftwich) Qualls, who were waiting at Heavens gate to welcome her.  She was previously married to Larry Kauffman and Clay Ancell, but she was lucky to have found true love again and on October 30, 2010 she married Rusty Warren.

Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She leaves behind a legacy of family members who will miss her everyday. She leaves her brothers, Bobby Qualls (Linda) and Jeff Qualls (Mary); children, Lisa Volkert (Joe), John Kauffman (Andrea) and Julia Ancell (Monica); her beloved grandchildren, Michael and Adam Volkert, Elizabeth Lancaster (Brad), Jeremy and Kylee Kauffman, Christian McClendon and Brennen Dodson, and her pride and joy, great granddaughter, Kennadi Lancaster. Many years ago Linda “adopted” a daughter in her heart and she quickly became a part of the family, Paula McKinley (Rick), grandchildren, Linda Sue Dawn (Andrew) and TJ McKinley and great grandsons, Peyton, Jayce and Bentley Dawn.  She also leaves behind four stepdaughters and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Linda loved to spend time with her family, playing games and laughing. Most recently she loved watching Duck Dynasty, which she said, made her “Happy, Happy, Happy”. Linda was a wonderful woman with a beautiful soul who would do anything for anybody and all who had the chance to know her will sadly miss her.

In keeping with Linda’s giving spirit the family suggests making donations to the charity of your choice in her memory.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 11, at Park Lawn Funeral Home 8251 Hillcrest Rd. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery.

(Arrangements: Park Lawn Funeral Home 816-523-1234).
