Patricia Irene Fields, 75, of Lee's Summit, Mo., passed away Monday evening April 5, 2010, at Lee's Summit Medical Center from Heart Decease.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 12, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Lee's Summit. A Rosary will be prior at 9:30 p.m. at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Spirit Church.
Patricia was born April 24, 1934, in Axtell, Kan. She retired in 1998 from AAFP. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel L. Fields, daughter, Michelle McKenny, sisters, Jean A. Newton and Dolores Welton. Survivors include her sister, Vera Gross, nieces, Kathy Gross and Kristin Katzberg, nephews, Kevin Gross, Harold Newton, Craig Newton and several great nieces and nephews.
