Be The Blessing: Relax

Be The Blessing: Relax

 March 29, 2014

By Tina Chandler

Relax - verb\ri-'laks\

to become or to cause (something) to become less tense, tight, or stiff

to stop feeling nervous or worried

to spend time resting or doing something enjoyable especially after you have been doing work

Sounds great, doesn’t it? It does to me! Vacation, nap, meditation, prayer, reading, listening to music, visiting with friends – a few suggestions. What do you do to relax? Do you have a routine to unwind from the daily grind?

We all need an escape from stress and busy-ness. It’s not always easy to let the day end peacefully, but we should all try! Relax, go ahead. You have my permission.
