Mayor Mike McDonough will be making an official proclamation that sets Wednesday, September 4, 2019 as the 2019 Raytown Day of Prayer.

This is an opportunity to gather in unity for a time of prayer for the city, the city leaders, the residents, schools, and more.

Raytown Christian Church, located at 6108 Blue Ridge Blvd. in Raytown, will be open for prayer from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for any who would like to stop in and pray.

This year, they’ll also host a Worship and Prayer Service from 6 to 7 p.m. for any who would like to come as well. No preaching, just music and prayer – planning is ongoing, if your congregation would like to be a part they’d love to hear from you!
