The annual Boos, Barks and Badges Halloween Parade take place Saturday, Oct. 28.

Start the day with a Costume Contest in City Hall Plaza at 9:30 a.m., then join the walking parade at 10 a.m. down 3rd Street to Howard Station Park. Bring the whole family, along with your furry friends of course, to trick-or-treat in Downtown Lee’s Summit after the parade.
