The Court continues its effort to reschedule hearings that have been cancelled due to the closure of the downtown courthouse at 415 E. 12 Street in Kansas City as the building is repaired after a water main break.

The following judges will hear their cases at another location on Thursday, February 7.

Commissioner David Fry – Heartland Behavioral Health Center, 1212 McGee St. Cases scheduled for 10:00, 2:00

If you do not see your division listed, and you have a hearing scheduled downtown tomorrow, it has been cancelled unless you have heard from your attorney or the judge’s staff.

Judges and their staffs are working with attorneys to reschedule cases. If your attorney has provided you updated information, then follow the directions provided to you by your attorney.

Information will be posted each afternoon on the Court’s website at www.16thcircuit.org in the “Public and Legal Notices” area of the home page.
You can also look for case information on Missouri Casenet which is the statewide judicial database. Missouri case.net will show your case number and the latest hearing date posted.
