Crystal Kaye Hershey of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 61. She was born on March 21,1964, in Harrisonville, Missouri. She grew up In Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

She attended Lakeview Woods State School. She worked at Southeast Enterprises for 41 years.

Crystal was actively involved in the Special Friends Sunday School class at First Baptist Church of Lee’s Summit.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Hershey.

She is survived by father Lynn Hershey, brother John Hershey, both of the home, and sister Marlene Darnell, of Independence, Missouri.

Crystal enjoyed Barbie dolls, purses, and yarn crafts. When she was younger, she enjoyed bowling and making latch hook rugs.

The family would like to thank Kansas City Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.

A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131.Interment will occur Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mount Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131.
