The Jackson County Circuit Courthouse downtown at 415 E. 12 Street will not be open today, Monday, February 4,  after all.  A water line break was discovered this morning inside the building.  Electricity to the building is being cut.  The courthouse will be closed. Hearings at the courthouse scheduled for today are cancelled, unless they are adult abuse hearings.  

The adult abuse hearings scheduled for today in Division 25 will take place at the Criminal Justice Building, 1315 Locust.
