The first time a teenager or new driver takes control of a vehicle can be exciting as well as frightening. New drivers can benefit from having an opportunity to engage with law enforcement to learn: what to do/what not to do on a traffic stop, the importance of wearing your seatbelt and more.
On Saturday, June 1, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office in partnership with The Ezekiel Project, First Impact, and McDonald’s will host a First Time Driver’s Safety Seminar. This event is FREE and open to everyone; however, space is limited. Tickets can be secured by visiting https://bit.ly/2LF7IR6.
