Thursday, Jun. 9 is Raytown Kid’s Day. This annual day encourages parents, friends, and family to take the day off and spend time with children.

The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at C. Lee Kenagy Park Shelter Park located at 9608 E 79th St. in Raytown.

Free activities include petting zoo, courtesy of Paramount Pony, exploring ambulance, fire truck and police cars. Connection Point Church will also host free games.
