Post season play has arrived for high school spring sports teams with district tournaments starting up all over the Kansas City Metro area. For the five Lee’s Summit girls soccer teams it means games played between May 13-18 will mean must win and advance or turn in their jerseys. For area fans of these five teams it means a road trip for the week due to no Lee’s Summit school is serving as a tournament host this year.

The Class 2, District 6 tourney is set to be played at Pleasant Hill High School where the Summit Christian Academy Eagles are the number two seed. The Eagles are 14-5 heading into the last week of the regular season and open post-season playing number seven seed KC Northeast at noon on Saturday, May 13th.
