Xtreme’s athletes work out all year long, usually extending their hours in the summer months to gain both skills and strength. Our expert staff, including 2004 Olympic Silver Medalist Terin Humphery, works to not only develop our athletes, but to develop strong, hard working, driven, resilient, independent, successful women who will thrive as adults.
