Guests will enjoy coolie cocktails, live and silent auctions, a “dyn-o-mite dinner,” live music by Boogie Wonderland, a costume contest, games and much more. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their finest disco garb or cocktail attire. R.S.V.P. by July 6 to 816-347-2384 or gala@jkv.org.

John Knox Village takes great pride in providing life-saving care to ANYONE who needs assistance via its ambulance service. The four ambulances are dispatched to an average of 3,100 calls each year – to assist people who live on the Village campus and in Lee’s Summit and surrounding communities with emergencies and more.

Proceeds from the Gala will be used to purchase a new ambulance and life-saving equipment. The ambulances rack up an average of about 400 miles a day, and the 11-year old vehicle that needs to be replaced already has 240,000 miles and will have more than 300,000 miles by the time the new ambulance arrives.
