The Kansas City Metro Senior Softball League will hold its Annual All-Star Game and Picnic on Saturday, July 21nd at Hartman Park at 700 SW Old Pryor Road in Lee Summit.

This will be the 15th annual celebration of the All-Star Games and will feature elite players from all divisions. Games will begin at 8:00 a.m. on all three fields. The nine games involve competitive, recreation, men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions. All league players and their families are invited to attend and join the picnic which will follow the games.

The Kansas City Metro Senior Softball League has the largest active membership of any senior softball association in the United States. It features 18 conferences, 95 teams, and 881 players. Many continue to play at a high level well into their seventies and eighties.

A number of the Kansas City area teams successfully compete in regional and national tournaments. Individuals interested in playing will find information at the League website at kcseniorsoftball.org.
