Frontier Justice, the Midwest’s Premier firearms destination, will be hosting its 3rd annual Back the Blue month during the month of August. In August of 2016, Frontier Justice started Back the Blue month to honor the sacrifice that our law enforcement makes every single day of the year in order to keep our communities safe.

Frontier Justice, which partners with regional law enforcement for training, is an outspoken supporter of the police and military forces that keep us safe every day. In light of ongoing events, Frontier Justice believes that now, more than ever, it is important to show appreciation to those who protect us.

In observance of Back the Blue month, Frontier Justice will be hosting two prayer vigils, one at each store:

• Tuesday August 7th, 2018 at noon in the Kansas City, KS store.

• Thursday August 9th, 2018 at noon in the Lee’s Summit, MO store.

Along with these prayer vigils, Frontier Justice will also be hosting free range time between August 6th and 10th for all law enforcement who shows a valid police ID. Various local police departments will also be using the simulator for training at no charge of Aug. 7th and 9th at the location of the prayer vigils. On August 16 in the Kansas store we will hold a Blood Drive in honor of fallen officers Theresa King and Patrick Rohrer (Wyandotte County). Additionally, any law enforcement officer in the metro area, with valid ID, can purchase an annual membership for $100. This will only be for the month of August.

“We are eternally grateful for the men and women who put others’ safety before their own every day they put on that uniform,” said Bren Brown, President and Owner of Frontier Justice. “We hope that Back the Blue Month allows officers to see that there are so many people who appreciate the sacrifice they make each day to keep their communities safe.”
