The excitement level at Raytown BMX is at an all-time high as they prepare to host the Mid America Nationals in conjunction with USA-BMX, September 21-23.

“It is very hard to put into words what a privilege and honor it is to host such an event” said track operator Raquel Cumberford. “USA-BMX has roughly 25 to 30 National events each year all across the United States” Cumberford added. “There are over 300 BMX tracks competing to get one of those races. The competition to get a National is fierce and it takes a massive team effort to attract such a high-level event”.

The Mid America Nationals will attract participants from all over the United States including National and World Champion riders. “It’s a challenge, a humbling experience, and an absolute thrill to be a part of. Our group at Raytown BMX is prepared, excited, anxious, and ready. We are honored to have this privilege, and we can’t wait to host the Mid America Nationals. Let’s Race”.
