The Jaguars have played people close this season without a W. The Jags will keep it close again this week in this heated rivalry game. The Widcats are at home & will enjoy a win on this night.
Lee’s  Summit North at Liberty  (Pub Pick of the week)
The LS North Broncos head north to meet Liberty a team who just last week lost to a team called North, in this case it was their rival Liberty North. The Broncos have to play Lee’s Summit teams the next two weeks so they get better here and LS North returns to the victory column in this one.
Park Hill South at Lee’s Summit
The Tigers come in off from a last play loss to Blue Springs on their home field. This week the Tigers host a team struggling out of the gate this year. I expect the Tigers fan’s players and coaches all enjoy a homecoming night at Hertzog Stadium with a Tigers victory.
Staley at Lee’s Summit West (Friday Night Lights Tour Stop)
A tough assignment here for the undefeated Titans. A pair of ranked teams meet under the bright lights, Staley in fact heads in to Lee’s Summit #1 in Class 5, while the Titans are #2 in Class 6. The Titans will show on Friday the difference between class 5 and 6 with a close win in this one.

Fresh off the first victory in program history St. Michael goes for win #2 against the Southeast Knights. The Gaurdians may be on the road for this one but meet a team struggling to find wins this season. The good times continue this week for the Guardians as they claim another victory.
Skyline at Summit Christian
The Summit Christian Eagles have enjoyed a 4-0 start to their 2018 season. The Eagles continue to rack up big numbers each week on their way to another win. Skyline will make things difficult for awhile but it will be the Eagles who win and remain undefeated after this one.
Central Missouri at Washburn (MIAA TV game of the week)
This game of the week will entertain area football fans. The Mules have won two in a row while the Ichabods have lost two in a row. Thanks to a hot offense led by the MIAA player of the week the Mules win this one in Topeka, KS.
S.F.  49’ers at Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs have been the talk of the NFL thanks to having the AFC offensive player of the week in QB Pat Mahomes. Mahomes in fact has won the award both weeks of the 2018 season. The Chiefs are off to an impressive 2-0 start without playing a home game. That changes this week as the Chiefs & their fans enjoy seeing a team win at Arrowhead. Chiefs improve to 3-0 after this one.
